Privacy policy

Information we collect

Blankwork collects information submitted through the Check, purchases, onboarding, support requests, customer accounts, approved company materials, and agent interactions. This can include contact details, business operations, policies, conversation summaries, call information, and service usage. Blankwork does not ask customers to submit passwords, full payment-card information, banking credentials, protected medical information, or other prohibited regulated data through ordinary forms or agent conversations.

How information is used

Information is used to calculate assessment results, process purchases, prepare Assistant Plans, build and manage approved agents, provide support, maintain security, measure service performance, and meet legal obligations. Agent instructions use only the company information and permissions approved for that deployment.

Service providers

Blankwork may use hosting, database, payment, email, scheduling, model, telephone, analytics, error-monitoring, and document-storage providers. Each provider receives only the information necessary for its role. Blankwork does not sell customer personal information. A production subprocessor list and data-processing terms must be published before live service.

Retention and security

Blankwork separates company records, limits access by role, encrypts private agent instructions, keeps audit records, and provides an emergency pause control. Final retention periods must be approved in the customer agreement. Customers may request access, correction, export, or deletion through the secure portal, subject to legal and contractual retention requirements.

Telephone and agent interactions

Businesses using a voice receptionist are responsible for approved caller disclosures and recording consent where required. Automated assistants may make mistakes. Sensitive, unusual, uncertain, or human-requested matters must be transferred or escalated according to the approved rules.
