Digital assistant disclosure
Blankwork believes customers, callers, and employees should understand when they are interacting with an automated business assistant.
What the assistant is
A Blankwork digital assistant is software configured to answer, organize, prepare, route, or complete specifically approved routine work. Depending on the approved deployment, it may operate through a website, telephone number, text, email, or internal company interface.
What it may do
Each assistant has company-specific duties, approved information, prohibited actions, and escalation rules. It should state when information is missing instead of guessing and should send sensitive or uncertain matters to a person.
What it may not do
An assistant may not independently make legal, medical, financial, employment, contractual, pricing, payment, refund, emergency, or other high-risk decisions unless a separately reviewed and expressly authorized system permits a narrowly defined action.
Human assistance
People may ask for a human at any time. The business controls escalation contacts, operating hours, transfer behavior, and emergency instructions. Blankwork provides monitoring and correction only while the applicable management service is active.
